Residents in Portsmouth Left without water after Burst Pipe


People in Portsmouth have been temporarily left without water after a pipe burst in Nessus Street in Buckland, this morning.

Portsmouth Water have been made aware and they have advised they have repair team down to assess the situation A technician has sent to investigate and shut down part of the burst water main.

A spokesman for Portsmouth Water said: “A technician immediately shut off water to the affected pipe and they are attempting to re-directed water around our network of underground pipes to ensure residents and businesses in the area continue to receive tap water supplies.
