Police Hunt Gang After Double Southsea Stabbing


Two men have been rushed  taken to hospital today following  the double stabbing attack in Southsea.

The incident happened at 12.45pm today (15th September) in Alhambra Road.  Police cordoned off  the road as the road filled with emergency vehicle.  Tape has since been removed that was closed for just over three hours.

Forensic officers and Search teams are currently at the scene carrying out investigations. Two police officers are standing guard outside the property while other officers search dustbins and gardens for evidence.

A Hampshire police spokesperson said that four black men had fled the scene and were heading in the direction of Palmerston Road.

South Central Ambulance Service sent a rapid response vehicle, two ambulances and an air ambulance the air ambulance landed in field at a near by school.


The men who were in their 20s suffered serious injuries and were treated at the scene before being taken to QA Hospital by road ambulance
