Police have confirmed that the 69 year-old man who hit his head on the road following a dispute on the one-way system on Bury Road in Gosport at around 5:50pm on Sunday (September 25) has died.

28 year-old Duncan Snellgrove of Howe Road in Rowner, who was charged last night with causing grievous bodily harm as part of this investigation, has subsequently been charged with manslaughter during his appearance at Portsmouth Magistrates Court this morning.
