Family and friends of the late Gary Martin who Police named today have laid flowers and loving tributes at the crash site in Portsmouth.
Tribute flowers and cards have been left for the lifelong Portsmouth supporter.
Mr Martin was killed riding his motorbike. The family of the man who lived in Avenue Road, Gosport who would have been 53 on Saturday have reached out over social media and have called for Pompey fans to hold a minutes applause at away game being held against Cambridge United in his memory.
Police named Gary Martin, 52, as the man who was killed on Portsmouth’s Eastern Road on Wednesday.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the collision. Anyone with information is urged to contact Hampshire Police on 101.
