BBC Three People just do nothing confirmed for Muting 2018

The comedy geniuses behind cult BBC3 show People Just Do Nothing have just been confirmed for Mutiny 2018.

Kurupt FM are set to drop some dark and moody bangers on the main stage on Sunday.

The bitter sweet BBC3 series follows the trials and tribulations of West London pirate radio station Kurupt FM. Its eccentric staff – who bare an uncanny similarity to every bedroom DJ you may ever meet – are the focus of the mockumentary.

The station is led by self-proclaimed “garage legend” MC Grindah and his second-in-command, DJ Beats, who is “the best DJ in the west London area”. They and the rest of the Kurupt crew are trying to chase their dreams, in a beautifully written subtle tragi-comedy – think The Office set on the garage scene, but funny.

Bloated Radio One has-been Pete Tong MBE has also been announce for the Saturday.

As previously reported, Craig David, Andy C and Idris Elba will also be heading for the Cosham dance festival’s fifth birthday on 26th and 27th May.
