The serving soldier will answer bail on February 14, 2017 at Aldershot Police station
Two teenage girls, who were out running, were involved in a collision with a black Ford Focus on Queens Avenue shortly after 7:10pm when they were killed after being hit by the vehicle
Specialist officers are continuing to provide support to the teenagers’ families.
