Reynolds, who as a teenager was convicted alongside his equally crooked career criminal father (same name), for conning elderly people, was prosecuted for fraud after falsifying vaccination records for the puppies he flogged to the public.
He was caught out after a puppy he had sold fell ill and was taken to a vet. The vaccination card provided was shown not to be genuine.
A second puppy’s vaccination card showed the name and signature of a vet who did not work at the specified practice.
Reynolds was fined £400 and ordered to pay his victims a total of £199.70 in compensation.
