Armed Police surround property on the outskirts of Maidstone

Armed police are at a house on the Staplehurst Road near Stile Bridge. Officers have surrounded the property.

Police helicopterhas also been called to the scene near to the A229 Staplehurst Road near the junction with Maidstone Road. Around 7 police vehicles also said to be there with some officers said to be carrying shield.
