Compton,Surrey
Police are currently in attendance on the southbound carriageway of the A3 near Guildford following a collision involving a pedestrian and a lorry.
The collision happened at around 1.40pm prior to the A31 Compton slip road.

The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, has sadly been declared dead at the scene.
The A3 is currently closed Southbound at A31 Junction while police carry out an investigation of the scene. The Northbound carriageway re-opened at 2.40pm.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and take an alternative route.
