Emergency services including the air ambulance have been called to Waterfront Way in Chatham this evening,
A man has been treated for serious injuries after he fell from height.
He has since been take to a London hospital for treatment following the fall at around 8.15pm on Sunday evening.
The fall is understood to have taken place near Railway Street.
