Officers searching for a missing 30-year-old man are asking residents in the Queenborough, Sheerness and Minster areas of Sheppey to check their gardens and outbuildings

Erdmanis Liepa is believed to have travelled to the island, where he lives, from the Bow Arrow Lane area of Dartford on Thursday 21 April 2022.
Following a review of all available information, it is understood he was in the Southdown Road area on Thursday 28 April.
Erdmanis is described as being white and around 5ft 10ins tall. He has brown hair and an average build. He also wears glasses and goes by the name of ‘Arty.’
Search teams have checked rural areas, and spoken with landowners, and these efforts are continuing to take place.
Inspector Paul Stoner said: ‘We are concerned for Erdmanis’ wellbeing and urge anyone with information to contact us at their earliest opportunity. Our priority is making sure he has not come to harm.
‘Residents, particularly those in Queenborough, Sheerness and Minster, can play a really important role by checking their gardens, sheds and garages to see if he has sought shelter there.
‘Anyone with information is asked to call us on 101 and quote MPXB/3474/22 at their earliest opportunity. In the event of an emergency, dial 999.’
