Bradford District Police would like to speak to anyone who has seen or has information to help them locate Matthew Hornby (31) from Shipley.
Officers want to speak with him as part of an investigation into sexual offences committed in 2021.
A substantial number of enquiries have been ongoing to locate the 31-year-old.
