Officers investigating a report that a 21-year-old woman was seriously sexually assaulted in Alton earlier this month are releasing an e-fit image of a man they would like to speak to.
The victim was approached by three men close to an alleyway in Chauntsingers Road, between 11pm on Wednesday, November 16, and 1am the following morning.
She reported that one of the men sexually assaulted her.
An e-fit image of the man she described is attached to this appeal. He is:
White.
Aged between 45-50 years-old.
5ft 8ins tall.
Large build with a round face, wrinkles around his eyes and forehead, a bump on the bridge of his nose, rotten looking teeth, and short stubble.
He has spiky and grubby dark hair which was very greasy.
His hands were also very dirty.
He was wearing a large coat with a low flat collar and dark jeans.
Specialist officers are supporting the victim and house to house enquiries have been carried out in the area to establish exactly what happened.
