GLASGOW

At around 3pm on Thursday, 28 April 2022, the incident occurred near the River Kelvin, behind Garscube Sports Complex.

The man is described as white, medium-build, between 50 and 60 years old, 5ft 6 in height, and with slightly grey hair. He was dressed in dark slacks, a white tee, a light-colored fishing gilet, and a light-colored bucket hat.

"I am urging the man in this image, or anyone with information regarding his identity, to please contact police," said Detective Constable Rachel Fulton of Greater Glasgow CID.
