After the announcement Caroline commented:
“This year’s decision was so difficult due to the amount of brilliant designs I received. It it was fantastic to meet my so many of the artists that took part in this year’s Christmas card competition – they are all extremely talented with artistic skills, imagination and creativity.
With the talent that they are already showing at such young ages I am sure that there are great things in store for these budding artists and I look forward to receiving their entries next year!”
All of the entries will be on display in the Children’s Section of the Discovery Centre until 19 December 2016. You can also see the 4 shortlisted designs here.
This year’s judging panel included Caroline, the Mayor of Gosport Lynn Hook, Will Rooney from The News and award winning artist Daniel Williams.
