A coach company from Fareham this lunch time are counting the cost after the front wheel of a coach fell off and crashed on to a footpath in Portsmouth. The 42 seater Yellow School coach owned and operated by Lucketts was empty when the incident happened just after 1.30pm on Friday.

The coach blocked one lane of the busy A3 Unicorn Gate near to the Cascades Shopping Centre in Portsmouth . The driver who was the only person on board who was unhurt. Traffic ground to a halt as one lane of the busy road was blocked by the big yellow bus. Police and Recovery agents have spent the afternoon moving the vehicle. A spokesman from Lucketts refused to comment on incident but confirmed that the company has launched an investigation.
