The court has heard that Nicholson was in contact with Lucy’s mother Stacey White on the day Lucy went missing and after a worried mother had contacted Nicholson about her missing he replied to reassure Stacey, and said police would find Lucy. He said: “Keep your chin up.”
The court is today hearing from a data and phone analist from Hampshire Constabulary and a professor in the field of GPS and communications.
Some of the movements are matching Nicholson seen on CCTV that day but others are not so accurate.
Lucy and Nicholson signed into facebook around the same time.
A parcel was signed for by Nicholson and the delivery driver has given evidence.
Lucys Grandmother Dawn White is now giving her evidence and has stated Lucy at one point stayed with her for about 6 months this was because she was having “problems” and arguing with Nicholson.
