A fifth person has been arrested by Police as part of their investigation into the deaths of 39 who were found dead in the rear of the Lorry after the driver open the rear of the trailer and found them. He remains in custody, Officers have been granted further time to question the man who is understood to be Mo Robinson.
Two other lorry are understood to have been part of a convoy that may have contained up to 100 people and made the same journey as the lorry that arrived in Purfleet family members have claimed.
Police have revealed that all of the victims had been recovered from the trailer and were now at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.
