Police are appealing for information after a woman was attacked and robbed in her own home after arranging a date through a popular dating app.

The 44-year-old matched with a man on the site and met him in the foyer of her apartment building in Tipton at around 1.30am on 8 December.

Two other men turned up a short time later and forced their way inside her flat.

The woman was punched to the face and the stomach by all three men who stole two iPhones and a set of keys before escaping.

Luckily she didn’t sustain any serious injuries, but the psychological impact of such an attack cannot be underestimated. We’re determined to find those involved in this horrible incident, but we need your help.

We’ve released images of three men we want to identify, and we’re appealing for anyone with information to come forward and tell us who they are.
