A 14-year-old boy was stabbed in Luton at the Kingsway recreation ground

Police are appealing for witnesses, after a teenager was stabbed in Luton yesterday (Saturday).

At approximately 8pm, we were called to reports that a 14-year-old boy had been stabbed following an altercation with a group of youths at the Kingsway recreation ground.

The victim suffered stab wounds to his legs and his arm, and was treated in hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.

The offenders are described as a group of approximately seven Asian youths, in their late teens.

One was described as being of a stocky build, wearing a white top, and another was dressed all in blue.
