• Carrying a handbag

Specialist teams were involved in searching Hook and the surrounding area last night and will continue to do so today.

Anita Mathur said :”Our lovely neighbour is still missing after an overnight search. Those in the Hook area please continue to check your gardens and outbuildings”.

Inspector Richard Lane said: “We would like to thank all those people who have shared our appeal so far.

“Unfortunately Margaret is still missing and we are concerned that she has been out on her own for a significant period of time. We would urge residents in the Hook area to be vigilant and if you see a woman matching Margaret’s description, call 101 as soon as you can.”

Anyone who sees Margaret is asked to call 101, quoting 44160239731.
