Two lanes of the westbound carriage and lane three of the eastbound carriage remain closed as the recovery operation takes place of the lorry . Officers from Hampshire Roads Policing are reporting that there are no delays past the scene at present. Specialists with heavy lifting gear and cranes have been called in from Boarhunt Garage based at Fareham to aid the recovery operation. A large amount of barriers have also been damaged on the central reservation as the truck ploughed into them.
