A huge fire ripped through a grade II listed farmhouse, said to be owned by a multimillionaire TV mogul behind such popular series as Wife Swap and The Secret Millionaire.
More than 50 fire-fighters battled the flames at the £1.5 million 16th century thatched property – the owner of which has been named locally as media executive David Frank.

Father-of-three Mr Frank, 58, who is said to use the property as a ‘second home’, is the founder of production company RDF Media, which created international hits including Faking it, Wife Swap and The Secret Millionaire.
Speaking at the property this afternoon Mr Frank said he was gutted but pleased that no one was hurt

Mr Frank was also formerly the CEO of production company Zodiak Media, which is behind hits including the film The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and comedy The Inbetweeners.

Crews were called to the village of Braishfield, near Romsey, at 12.21pm Monday and are still fighting now.
