A man has been left homeless after a serve blaze ripped through his property after a fire is believed to have started in the bedroom ripped through his property this morning.
Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) have sent three fire appliances and an aerial ladder platform to the scene of the blaze in Kingston Road in the town after it broke out at around 12pm today (Monday March 20th)

A SFRS spokesman said: “Surrey Fire and Rescue Service was called to a bungalow with smoke issuing in the bungalow in Kingston Road, Camberley”

“Fire crews wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and led a person to safety and that no other persons are unaccounted for.

The fire is being extinguished using a hose reel jet and the use of an aerial ladder platform is also being used.”

The cause of the fire has not yet been established and a fire investigation team are on route to the property.

South East Coast Ambulance have also mobilised a Hazardous area response team from Gatwick to the incident
