Two lanes of the M27 were closed following a camper van fire.
The incident is blocked the lanes between junction 8 for Hamble and junction 7 for Hedge End westbound.
Drivers are facing delays back to junction 9.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue have confirmed the fire has been put out by crews from Hightown, St Mary’s and Fareham have sent sent to the incident. Upon their arrival Crews found the vehicle was severely damaged by the flames.
Firefigthers used two breathing apparatus and two hosereels to extinguish the fire
There are still delays while traffic returns to normal.
Drivers are reporting some 90 minute delays on the M27 and surrounding routes
