It is understood that officers from Thames Valley Police have attended the scene at around 11.30am on Thursday (April 27)

In a statement Reading Borough Council said: “Police have been made aware that a number of vehicles belonging to the traveller community entered off Lieberwood Road at around 9.30am this morning “Officers are currently in communication with the travellers and are liaising with the relevant authorities. They will continue to monitor the situation.”©UKNIP
