Sussex Police have launched a murder probe after officers were called to Oak Grove, Bognor Regis. Police and Paramedics rushed to the scene after being alerted by a member of the public.(Bank Holiday Monday August 2017).
Officers remain at the scene a blue crime scene tent has been erected covering the front door of the large semi detected property.
A shocked neighbours who asked not to be named said the road has been full of police and an ambulance had been seen at the address. On Monday I looked out the window and there was a Yellow Police van parked outside my window. Normally the area is very peaceful. The people who live there I know one of them works for Graceland civil engineering, He normally leaves early in the morning very pleasent man always says hello. I am quite shocked.
A spokeswoman from Sussex Police confirmed paramedics alerted police at 12.17pm on Monday (August 28) and that a ‘52-year-old man who lived at the property was declared dead at the scene’.They added: “The death is being treated as unexplained at this time.
“Detectives and scenes of crime officers are at the scene as they try to establish the circumstances of the man’s death.”
