A joint arson probe between Hampshire Fire and Rescue and Hampshire Police has been launched this evening following a fire in Gosport. As previously reported fire crews from Gosport and Fareham where called just after 4pm to the blaze on Carisbrooke Road. Fire Crews were committed into the property. Crews used a hose reel to exstringish the flames and stop it spreading to a neighbouring property. Hampshire Fire Dog Mille has been deployed to the incident with her handler. They are working in partnership with crime scene investigators from the Police. Hampshire Police have yet to issue an appeal nor have they confirmed if any arrests have been made as a result of the incident.
