Two people have been arrested by Kent Police in the early hours of this morning (Monday May 14) after allegedly attempting to steal JCB Digger from the Redrow building site, off Roman Way in Strood. A police helicopter and dog unit were called to assist officers from Kent Roads Policing who made to successfully arrest two men. They remain in custody awaiting interview by Police.
