Emergency services have been called to an overturned coach that had come to rest on its side on the busy M25 near Swanley in Kent. The crash is being descibed as serious. The incident happened on the anti-clockwise section of the M25 near to junction three.
Kent Police was say they was called at 4pm to reports of a collision involving a coach
It is understood that the Coach is carrying passengers has come off the M25 at the J3 slip off anticlockwise crashed through barriers and overturned in a ditch. An unknown number of casualties are being assessed by Paramedics. South East Coast ambulance service have sent 15 ambulances sent to the scene. The Kent and Surrey Air ambulance has also landed at scene.
Highways England have said:The M25 J3 anti-clockwise exit slip road is also closed to allow the Emergency services work at the scene.
Severe delays of over an hour and a half are being measured on the approach to the incident.
Road users are advised to consider alternative routes and to allow additional time for their journey.
