scumbag scrounger claiming to be homeless targets vulnerable and the elderly on the isle of wight

Newport Isle of Wight This unnamed male scrounger has been targeting vulnerable people and the elderly on the Isle of Wight and was even caught throwing food away that some poor old lady bought for him!
He’s been making the equivalent of £1,000 a week.
His staggering takings would amount to a pre-tax annual income of around £52,000. And at the end of a long day begging and pretending to be homeless, it’s understood the man goes home to a “reasonable property” before heading to other towns to try his luck. He is regularly seen outside Costa and McDonalds. Tell him what you think of him if he dares to approach you for money. Other genuine homeless, who has been living on the streets of Newport for the past three years, said: “It’s not right that somebody who isn’t homeless could exploit people like this. The only reason I ask for money is so I can eat, not for any other reason at all. I don’t ask for any more than I need. So it’s wrong if there’s someone doing that.”
Police on the Island are warning people not to give money to beggars.
There are people who are in genuine need of help but others who are professional beggars who will take advantage.
Rather than giving money to them, it would be much better invested in organisations and charities that deal with homelessness.
