The random assault was recorded on mobile phone cameras.
Her mother, revealed that a video of the assault was circulating around her daughter’s school and had been seen by the girl and other family members.
“This is absolutely horrendous,” said Emma Gardiner, 38. “She was jumped from behind by a group of savage girls and five boys looked on and videoed it.
“My daughter could of ended up in hospital. They could have killed her.”
The video had begun doing the rounds of Milton cross School in Portsmouth and has also been uploaded on to social media days after the attack.
That is how I found out about the savage attack revealed Emma.
She is now too scared to go out on the street.
The girls who took part in the attack are understood to attend nearby public school Portsmouth academy.
“I just want whoever did this to be caught. She was left in a hell of a state. Whats happened to her was just sickening.
I want those involved arrested and charged.
I am only releasing these is so others don’t have to go through this.
After they attacked her they started on her the next day again and spat in her face.”
One shocked bystander called 999 and the police turned up.
The single officer found her and asked her if she wanted to press charges. She just wanted to get home to feel safe again.
Parents need to know what their children are up to and take more notice on what they are getting into and monitor their phones.
Those involved are aged between 14-17 years old.
My partner can’t even face watching it.
I only watched it the once it’s totally sickening.
A spokesman for the school said: “This is a police matter which happened outside school.”
Hampshire Constabulary have confirmed that they have an ongoing investigation into the attack. Anyone witnessed the attack is asked to call Police on 101
