Appeal for information after 12 vehicles damaged in Lydd

Criminal damage caused to 12 vehicles parked in Lydd is being investigated by Kent Police officers, who are appealing for witnesses.

The vehicles, which were parked in New Street, each had their windscreens smashed at around 10.30pm on Friday 3 May 2019.

Enquiries to establish the full circumstances, which have included speaking with potential witnesses and searching for CCTV, are ongoing.

As part of their enquiries, officers are keen to speak with anyone who believes they saw anything suspicious in the New Street or Eastern Road area between 10pm and 11pm on 3 May.
