A 24 year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident. He remains in custody at this time. Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward as they continue their investigations.

A spokeswoman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said, “They were called to the scene just after 7.11pm on Wednesday evening. ”
