Making an adjustment


The UK News in Picture team always strives to provide accurate and high-quality news for the people, but if you see an error or something that is incorrect, please email us at news@uknip.co.uk so we can make a correction – because we are an online-only publisher, most corrections can be made instantly. We will try to respond to your correction within two business days.

Making a formal complaint

If you have a complaint that you believe may be a violation of press standards, the information below will assist you in filing an official complaint. We can investigate complaints about items we’ve published that are under our control.

We can only deal with your complaint if you are: – personally and directly affected by an alleged Code breach – a representative group affected by an alleged Code breach, where there is public interest in your complaint – a third party seeking to ensure the accuracy of published information

We will acknowledge your complaint via e-mail or in writing within 7 calendar days and will usually respond with a final decision letter within 21 calendar days. If your complaint is upheld, we will inform you of the corrective actions we have taken.
