A 19-year-old man has been hospitalized following a stabbing incident on Bromley High Street earlier today.
The incident occurred just before 4:20 PM. Emergency services, including officers from the Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service (LAS) crews, and an air ambulance, swiftly responded to the scene.
The injured man was found nearby on Harmony Way. He received initial treatment at the scene before being transported to the hospital, where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police provided a statement: “Police were called at 16:18 hrs on Saturday, 3 August to reports of a stabbing in High Street, Bromley. Officers responded with LAS and London’s Air Ambulance. The victim, aged 19, was found near Harmony Way. He was treated before being taken to hospital, where his condition was later assessed as not life-threatening. There have been no arrests at this time. A crime scene is in place.”
As police enquiries continue, no arrests have been made so far. A crime scene remains in place as investigators work to determine the circumstances surrounding the attack.
