There are many great apps you can download on your phone that will guide you through meditations if you’re a beginner, such as Headspace and Calm. If you’ve been on the go and feeling exhausted, meditation is great as it can help to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, regulate your mood and improve your sleep, says Forbes.
