This closure is necessary for the installation of a bridge deck over the eastbound gyratory. As a result, Cobham Services will not be operational during the full weekend closure. National Highways will implement a diversion route to minimize disruptions caused by the closure.

The closure is part of a series of planned works on the M25, with the aim of enhancing infrastructure and ensuring the safety of motorists. Similar closures have occurred in the past, including in May for the installation of a similar bridge.
