The incident occurred in Falmouth, Massachusetts, where Mr. Berylson’s Range Rover was found overturned and resting against a tree. Despite efforts to rescue him, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to police reports, initial investigations suggest that Mr. Berylson lost control of his vehicle on a bend along Sippewissett Road. The car veered off the carriageway, rolling over into a ravine. No other individuals were involved in the accident.

The news of Mr. Berylson’s death was announced by Millwall football club on Tuesday evening. The club described him as a “truly great man, incredibly devoted to his family, and a person of such remarkable generosity, warmth, and kindness.” The 70-year-old American had been actively involved with the club since 2006, presiding over significant milestones in its history.

Steve Kavanagh, the CEO of Millwall, paid tribute to Mr. Berylson, emphasizing his passion and dedication to the club. He commended his unwavering energy and drive to ensure progress on and off the pitch. The loss of Mr. Berylson leaves a significant void within the Millwall community.

Fans of the club will have the opportunity to pay their respects by signing a book of condolences at The Den stadium starting from 11 am on Wednesday.
