Kent Police are appealing for witnesses to assist their investigation into a serious assault that left a man in his forties with severe facial injuries. The incident occurred in the Friars area of Canterbury late on Friday night, December 20, 2024.
Incident Details
At around 11:40 pm, the victim was reportedly punched to the ground and stamped on by another man. Following the assault, the attacker, who was accompanied by a woman, was seen walking along the High Street towards Westgate Towers.
The injured man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
