Police Concerned for Missing Man, 81, from Penge

Police in Bromley are appealing to the public for assistance in locating an elderly man who has gone missing from Penge.

Niyazi, aged 81, was last seen at 8:00 pm on Monday, February 26. He was reportedly wearing a distinctive blue and white jacket with a coat over the top, paired with black joggers.

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) in Bromley took to Twitter to raise awareness about Niyazi’s disappearance, stating, “Niyazi – 81 years old missing from Penge. He was last seen at 20:00 tonight wearing the jacket in the image below with a coat over the top and black joggers. We are concerned for him.”

Authorities have expressed concerns for Niyazi’s welfare and are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward. If spotted, individuals are advised to contact the police immediately by dialling 101 and quoting reference number 24MIS006019.

The community’s assistance in locating Niyazi is crucial, and authorities are hopeful that with the public’s help, he can be found swiftly and safely.
