Serious Three Vehicle Road Traffic Collision Closes Brookwood Lye Road in Woking

A serious road traffic collision has closed Brookwood Lye Road in Woking this morning (Saturday November 4th). Emergency Services rushed to the scene just after 10am to the Three Vehicle collision involving Vauxhall, Nissan and a Toyota. Surrey Fire and Rescue sent Two fire appliances from Woking and Guildford. Firefighters used specialist cutting equipment to extricate one person from their vehicle who was trapped.

_psEmbed(“”); South East Coast Ambulance sent two rapid response Paramedics and Three ambulance to the incident. Officers from Surrey Roads Policing have put in hard road closures at Both ends of Brookwood Lye Road a local diversion has been set up for private cars. Large good vehicles are advised to check height restrictions. Police at the scene have advised that the road is likely to remain closed for a number of hours whilst collision and accident investigation work is carried out.
