Wiltshire Police Appeal for Witnesses Following M4 Collision

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision on the M4 that occurred on Tuesday evening (17 June).

The incident took place around 5:30 PM on the M4 westbound between junction 16 for Royal Wootton Bassett and junction 17 for Chippenham. Two vehicles were involved in a collision, and debris from the incident caused damage to a third vehicle on the opposite carriageway. Fortunately, there were no reported serious injuries.

Wiltshire Police are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to the collision, particularly those who may have captured the incident on dashcam footage, to get in touch with us. Your information could be crucial in helping us understand the circumstances surrounding this collision.
