Woman in 30s Stabbed in North London: Detailed Updates

A woman in her 30s was rushed to the hospital after being stabbed in North London. The incident occurred on Lordship Lane, N22, at approximately 6:17 pm on Sunday, January 28, prompting a swift response from emergency services following reports of the stabbing.

Upon arrival, both police officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended the scene. The injured woman was found to have suffered stab injuries and was immediately transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Fortunately, her injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening, offering some relief amid the alarming incident.

At this stage, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing. A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police commented on the incident, saying, “There have been no arrests. Enquiries continue.”

A crime scene has been established as part of ongoing investigations into the incident.

The LAS also responded to the incident, with an LAS spokesperson confirming their involvement, “We were called at 6.18 pm on Sunday, January 28, to reports of an incident on Lordship Lane, Tottenham. We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a medic in a fast-response car, a clinical team manager, and an incident response officer. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance. We treated a woman at the scene before taking her to a major trauma centre.”

The London Ambulance Service has been contacted for further comment on the matter.

This incident occurred on the same day that three men were arrested on suspicion of murder following the tragic stabbing death of 19-year-old Tyler Donnelly in Hanworth Park, Feltham. The suspects, aged 21, 27, and 32, have been remanded in custody. Tyler’s lifeless body was discovered in Hanworth Park, Feltham, at 7:40 am last Thursday, January 25, by joggers. He had left his home on his bicycle, wearing dark clothing, at around 9:10 pm the previous day but never returned.

Authorities are appealing to anyone with information or footage related to this incident to contact the police at 101 or Tweet @MetCC, quoting reference number 1197/25JAN.
