Drug Driver Nicked by Police in Portsmouth after passing Driving Test Three Days ago

Police have arrested a driver who passed their driving test 3 days ago. He has just been arrested for driving whilst under the influence of Cannabis. The driver was stopped on Portsdown Hill Road in Portsmouth by officers from the Hampshire Roads Policing based at Havant. The man was given a drugs test and has since been bailed and given a copy of the local bus timetable by Police.
