A contractor who was preparing to carry out works in an area made the grim discovery of a decapitated body in woodland at the Tesco Extra in North Harbour in Portsmouth just before 11am this morning.
Police were called to the scene at Tesco’s North harbour store at about 11.30am following the discovery.Police have since taped off the exit to the garage and three police cars were at the scene.

The petrol station remained open, with drivers having to exit through the entrance point.
