On Monday night at approx 5.45pm A couple were walking along Queens Road in Portsmouth.
A man in his 30’s approx 5’10” with short, shaved dark hair accompanied by two children – a boy on a scooter age approx 7 and a girl, were also walking along the same road,

The man had a large white, Mastiff type dog that was off its lead. The man didn’t have control of the on this very busy road. When the man attempted to called the dog back, it ran and knocked the man to the floor.

The man offered no assistance or support and refused to give his details.

The injured man had to go to hospital for treatment to a head injury.
