Balasankar Narayanan absconded from his care facility in Ilford on 21 September. When last seen he was wearing a blue and white striped t-shirt and black tracksuit bottoms with a black baseball cap.
The 43-year-old has links across London, notably to Newham, Greenford, Hammersmith, Highgate and Ilford, as well as the West Midlands. We suspect he may be using the rail network and urge any staff and travellers to report any sightings of him immediately. He could potentially be anywhere in the country.
