We are committed to upholding the highest standards of journalism and to complying with the rules and regulations of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO), including full adherence to the Editors’ Code of Practice that IPSO enforces.

To ensure your complaint can be properly reviewed, you must include:

A direct link to the article you are complaining about, or
-
The publication date and headline of the article
Complaints that do not include sufficient details may not receive a response.
Editorial complaints policy
This policy applies to all complaints submitted under the Editors’ Code of Practice.

UK News in Pictures aims to handle all complaints fairly, efficiently, and promptly

All complaints will be acknowledged as soon as possible

We may contact you to request further information if required to fully understand your complaint

If we believe your complaint does not raise a potential breach of the Editors’ Code, we will explain our reasoning

Where appropriate, we will seek to resolve complaints to your satisfaction
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, or if you disagree with our assessment that there has been no breach of the Editors’ Code, you have the right to refer the matter directly to IPSO for independent review.
