Channel 4’s Gogglebox legends, Sandra Martin and Sandi Bogle, have hinted at a potential return to the beloved show.
The reality stars, who were part of the original cast when Gogglebox launched in 2013, left the show within months of each other in 2016. Despite their departure, they have continued to capitalize on their fame and are now eyeing new opportunities, including potential projects with Netflix.
In a recent interview with The Sun, Sandra, 62, expressed her desire for the duo to explore new ventures. “To tell you the honest truth, I would rather us now be on Netflix at the moment,” she said. “But you will be seeing us doing something together again in the future!”
When asked about a possible return to Gogglebox, Sandi remained coy but teased that fans “may” see them back on the show as TV sofa critics.
This news comes after Sandra revealed she has been living off “celebrity loans” that she does not pay back. Before joining Gogglebox, Sandra had “been on benefits for years” but found herself living the celebrity life with red carpet events and freebies. However, after quitting the program, she shared that she was back on benefits and even described herself as “technically homeless” earlier this year.
Despite her financial struggles, Sandra has been enjoying multiple holidays thanks to the kindness of strangers, including trips to Amsterdam, Portugal, and Benidorm. “People love me and I give them entertainment, so they pay for my trips,” she explained. “I’ve got such a large platform, I’m on social media every day and talk to my fans. People are bored and I cheer them up.”
Sandra noted that her fame makes it difficult to hold a regular job. “If I got a job in Tesco, the queue would be out of the door due to my fans, they wouldn’t be able to cope,” she said.
Sandra continued on Gogglebox after Sandi’s departure, joined by her daughter on the sofa, but later quit to seek other career opportunities, including a stint on Celebrity Big Brother.

While the future of their return to Gogglebox remains uncertain, both Sandra and Sandi are exploring other TV opportunities. They have expressed interest in working with Netflix, hinting at exciting new projects on the horizon.
